Me and Bryony returned from Nan's today...as we were rushed to stay over there on Wednesday due to a swine flu scare where Mum was concerned ( she was really ill) and Mum just didn't know what to do, so she said to Nan if she could look after me and Bry for a few days.

Dad chose to take the rest of the week off of work ( since he didn't know if he had it or not, but I also think that he wanted to stay at home and look after Mum) and James went over his girlfriend's.

Yet a day after arriving at Nan's, me and Bryony suddenly got these really bad colds ( and we still have them now, as does Dad) although we've taken careful precautions ( blowing our noses with tissues, disposing them in bins and washing our hands straight away) so that Nan didn't catch the cold too.

Although while at Nan's, I found that I had difficulty sleeping ( Bryony said that she had trouble sleeping too) and now that we're home, I hope that the two of us can finally get some decent hours of sleep.

I'm pleased to say that Mum is also feeling much better than what she was, although she still has a cough; but hopefully she'll be completely well again soon.
We don't know if Mum has/ had swine flu or not...but today, Mum said that people need to stop calling it swine flu, as it's really just another form of flu.
Having it is no different to having 'normal' flu, unless you have health complications or at least that's what I was told.

I've also found that being away from the computer for four days and suffering from a cold makes me feel weaker when it comes to sitting in the computer chair again though.
But I shall perservere!
